Important COVID Update
Please review & abide by the new office protocol until further notice:
• Confirm your appointment 24hrs before using the automated confirmation you receive by text or email. Also, confirm the COVID-19 symptoms check.
• Please scroll down the automated reminder text or email to view the entire message to see your upcoming appointments. If it states you need to fill out an Intake Form, please do so! This information is critical and is required every year.
• The waiting room is now open, and you no longer have to wait in your car.
• Mask wearing is at your discretion.
• Please do not bring family members with you to your appointment, unless they wait in the car.
• In addition to normal cleaning procedures, the treatment room, consultation room will be thoroughly disinfected before and after every client. This includes but is not limited to disinfecting ( with CDC approved disinfectant) all hard surfaces, vinyl covers, and wooden/plastic bars on the massage table; face cradles, door handles, hooks, chairs, and tables. Both rooms will have medical-grade HEPA filters in use during hours of operation.
• Payments: I’ll have a touch-less payment option available for credit cards in the office. Check payment is preferred. If paying in cash please try to have the exact amount.
• Refrain from visiting the office if you don’t have an appointment or have not called ahead.
• Respect the sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the office.
• Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer available in treatment room prior to treatment
• If you have special sanitation or hygiene requests or any other concerns please contact me prior to arriving at the office.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and follow these new temporary guidelines. This is a living document and will be changing as the Forward NY, CDC, NYS DOH, and NYS Massage Board guidelines change. Please refer back to this often.
